加强细节护理管理在妇产科中对风险事件及护患纠纷的影响
The effects of strengthening detailed nursing management on risk events and nursing disputes in the department of obstetrics and gynecology
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impacts of strengthening detailed nursing management on risk events and nursing disputes in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods:80 cases of patients from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into control group and experiment group with 40 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing methods,experimental group were treated with detailed nursing management method,their effects on risk events and disputes were explored. Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 22. 50% much lower than that in control group(52. 50%). The satisfaction rate of experimental group was 92. 50% and control group 52. 50%. The differences had sta-tistical significance. Conclusion:Strengthening detailed nursing management can greatly reduce the risk events and nursing disputes, improve the quality of nursing and increase satisfaction. With strong clinical value,it is worthy of clinical promoting.关键词
