Abstract
The competitive procurement of military equipment was an important issue of equipment construction. As a normal and effective competitive negotiation procurement method, the dominate status was taken up by it. The establishment of a sound and competitive procurement of military equipment was the solid foundation for the promoting of"four mechanisms”, and the development of military equipment and technology was promoted.关键词
