摘要
Abstract
To study different grafting time ,different scion quality and other factors on the effects of graft healing rate ,sprouting rates and the length of sprouts of Taxus wallichiana var.mairei, the transplanted seeding of six-year artificially-cultivated Taxus wallichi-ana var.mairei is used as rootstocks and one-year half-lignified branch is used as scion in the tests .The result indicates that using the “7”-shaped graft method and grafting in mid-February will get stout scions ,full buds ,buds closer to grafting mouth ,highest heal-ing rates and sprouting rates ,longest length of sprout ,good effect of seeding .关键词
