Abstract
With 4-Methoxyaniline as raw material, through acetylation,demethylation reactions, the target compound N- (4-Hydroxyphenyl)-acetamide was synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. Both in the acetylation reaction, the influence of dosage of catalyst AlCl3, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of intermediate N- (4- methoxyphenyl) - acetamide was investigated. In the demethylation reactions, the influence of dosage of catalyst TBAB and bromine hydride, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of intermediate N- (4-Hydroxyphenyl)-acetamide was investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of N-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-acetamide was 94.1% .关键词
