2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗与血小板抵抗的关系
The correlation between insulin resistance and platelet resistance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between insulin resistance ( IR) in type 2 diabetic patients with aspirin resistance ( AR) and clopidogrel resistance ( CR) .Methods Eighty-one cases of non -insulin-resistant (NIR) were selected as normal controls and divided into NIR aspirin group (NIR+AS, n=28) and NIR clopidogrel group (NIR+CL, n=43);while 80 cases of IR patients were selected and divided into IR aspirin group (IR+AS, n=38) and IR clopidogrel group (IR+CL, n=42).The rate of platelet aggregation (RPA) was examined on baseline and one week after medication for analysis .Results Four cases (10.53%) of AR were found in NIR+AS group, while 11 cases (28.95%) found in IR+AS group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Six cases (13.95%) of CR were re-vealed in NIR+CL group, while 14 cases (33.33%) revealed in IR+CL group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion IR is correlated with platelet resistance .关键词
