贵州喀斯特山区野生榛子营养成分含量研究
Nutrients of Wild Hazelnut in Karst Mountains of Guizhou Province
摘要
Abstract
This paper tested nutrients of 18 wild hazelnut samples from the karst mountains of Guizhou Province according to the specifications in national food safety standards. The results showed that wild hazelnuts in the local area have thicker skin and lower rate of kernel production,but have richer nutrients such as energy,total carbohydrate,protein,ash content,and fat, especially VA and VE. The research provides references for the nutrient correlation analysis and later variety breeding of wild hazelnuts in karst mountains of Guizhou.关键词
