Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical effect of sodium acetate slinger liquid combimed with antibiotics in the treatment of urinary tract infection in the elderly.METHODS: 539 elderly patients with urinary tract infection were selected who needed anti-infection treatment.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group used physiological sa-line gastric mucosa protectant associated with antibiotics,amino acids,vitamins and related chemotherapy drug compatibility.On the basis of the control group the experimental group accepted sodium acetate salinger fluid.The clinical effects were observed.RE-SULTS: The effective rate was 84.35％and 82.86％in the experimental and control groups respectively.There was no significant differences (P＞0.05).The bacterial clearance rate was 87.88％and 89.40％in the experiment and control groups respectively.There was no significant difference (P＞0.05).In the experimental group incidence of adverse reactions were 6.46％,and in the control group were 5.71％.There was no statistical difference ( P＞0.05).CONCLUSION: Domestic acetic acid combined with an-tibiotics and ringo liquid are used in the elderly patients with urinary tract infection and postoperative anti-infection,which is safe and will not affect the curative effect of antibiotics.关键词
