Abstract
CD133 is an important podocalyxin of the endothelial progenitor cells and it is expressed in tumor,myocardial ische-mia,intracranial injury and cerebral ischemia.α-SMA distinguishes the vascular smooth muscle cell phenotype which exists in vas-cular smooth muscle cells,fibroblast cells,tumor cells etc.The recent research shows that CD133 andα-SMA have relation to an-giogenesis after cerebral ischemia.This article discusses the research in the basic structure,expression location,distribution features of CD133 andα-SMA.And its relationship with angiogenesis after cerebral ischemia is also reviewed.关键词
