综合护理干预对心脏手术后患者疼痛的影响分析
The effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain in patients after cardiac surgery

Abstract
Objective:To analysis the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain in patients after cardiac surgery. Methods:A total of 138 patients with cardiac surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014, were average randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=69) and the experimental group (n=69). The experimental group received routine care and preoperative nursing care for pain, while the control group received routine care only.Results:They had statistically significantly lower postoperative pain intensity for 48 and 72 h after surgery compared with those patients who were in the control group. Therefore, there was no difference on 24 h after surgery. The hospital stay was shorter in the experimental group than in the control group. After the comprehensive nursing intervention, the scores of somatization, depression and anxiety in experimental group were less than the control group, there were differences with obviously statically signiifcance between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention for pain had positive effects on patients undergoing cardiac surgery, the intervention used in this study could serve as a guide for nurses to improve the pain care of the patients.关键词
