摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of TiN coating on mechanical property of cast Co-Cr alloy specimen, thus to provide an experimental basis for further study and clinical application of TiN coating in the denture with Co-Cr alloy frame .Methods After the Co-Cr alloy specimen was given plasma nitride ,TiN film was deposited on the specimen by using megnetron sputtering .The microhardness and wear resistance of the cast titanium specimens were characterized by hardness testing and friction wear test respectively .Scratch method was adopted to measure the interface bonding strength .Results After the cast Co-Cr alloy specimen was given plasma nitride and TiN coating ,the microhardness increased significantly , friction coefficient and wear volume under different loading conditions decreased significantly .The film substrate interfacial adhesion was larger .Conclusion The mechanical property of cast Co-Cr alloy specimen can be improved after being given plasma nitride and TiN coating .
