针刺壮医脐环穴治疗慢性疲劳综合征48例的疗效观察
Effect of Acupuncture in Qi Huang Point of Chuang Medicine on Treatment of 48 Cases of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture in Qi Huang point of Chuang Medicine on the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome .Methods One hundred patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly assigned to two groups .Fifty cases in the treament group were treated with acupuncture in Qi Huang point ,and 50 cases in the control group were treated with routine therapy of acupuncture .Both groups received acupuncture for 30 minutes once every 3 days,10 times for 1 course,and the treatment lasted for 2 courses.The observation on the effects was conducted in two groups.Fatigue scale-14(FS-14) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were used to evaluate the patients before and after treatment .Results The FS-14 and SDS scores after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups ( P<0 .01 ) , but the scores of treatment group after treatment were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion Acupuncture in Qi Huang point of Chuang Medicine has better effects on chronic fatigue symptom ,which can improve the fatigue and depression symptoms effectively .关键词
