Abstract
Concerned with high voltage DC Solid-State Power Controller(SSPC), analyzed the maximum capacitive load that can be opened by SSPC from the point of heat. A thermal module of MOSFETwas built in Saber, to simulate and analyze the temperature of MOSFET when opening the SSPC, get the maximum ability of the SSPC with a capacitive load.关键词
