脂肪酶的固定化及其性能研究
Research on Immobilization and Performance Lipase
摘要
Abstract
Used lipase as raw material,the single factor experiment on affecting lipase immobilization was analyzed,and the response surface methodology was used to optimize the optimum conditions. The results showed that the amount of silylating agent 0.35%, mass ratio of diatomite and enzyme 3.5∶1,temperature 29℃and 4.5 h were combination of optimal lipase immobilization technology, and the activity of immobilized lipase was 2 206.67 U·g-1.关键词
