丹红注射液联合高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者神经细胞因子的影响
Clinical Study on Effect of Danhong Injection Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen on Neural Cytokine of Cerebral Infarction Patients

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Danhong injection com bined with hyperbaric oxygen on nerve cytokine of cerebral infarction patients. Methods C erebral infarction patients in our hospital from January 2011 to March 2013 were enrolled and random ly divided into observation group given Danhong injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen and control group only given hyperbaric oxygen. Then neural factors and neural function were observed, the correlation was analyzed. Results After the treatment, NTF and NGF level of observation group were higher than control group, CSS score and NIHSS score were lower than control group;Neural cytokine was negatively correlated with nerve function score. Conclusion Danhong injection com bined with hyperbaric oxygen can im prove neural function and increase neural cytokine, both of them have good correlation.关键词
