润滑油糠醛萃取相平衡模型建立和过程优化
Simulation of liquid-liquid equilibrium in system of furfural-lubricating oils extraction

Abstract
In the process design of furfural-lubricating oil extraction,a reasonable and universal simulation method for all kinds of raw oils has an important industrial significance.The Kuop method was adopted to describe the pseudo-components (saturates,aromatics,polars ) of lubricating oils.The result shows that K-value of each pseudo-component remains unchanged with increasing the true boiling point temperature,so this method can describe the pseudo-components of different boiling range raw oil.The simulation was performed using a commercial simulator Aspen Plus and the UNIFAC thermodynamic model to describe the extract process.The maximum errors between calculated values and industry values of pseudo-component contents are less than 5%;the optimized operation temperature is 90-100 ℃ and the furfural-oil mass ratio (F/O)is 2-4,which are the same as actual values.Under the condition of liquid-liquid equilibrium,the bottom temperature 65 ℃,the tower top temperature 100 ℃and F/O =2,the result indicates that the yield of raffinate oil (mass fraction)is 73.10%,and the mass fraction of aromatics is 13.97%,the quality of base oil is improved and they are in accord with industry values.关键词
