纤维支气管镜下经鼻气管插管的临床应用价值探讨
Investigation on the clinical application value of under fiberoptic nasotra-cheal intubation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of under fiberoptic nasotracheal intubation. Methods 70 patients with trachea cannula in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were selected as research ob-ject,and they were divided into control group (oral trachea cannula group) 35 cases and observation group (under fiberoptic nasotracheal intubation group) 35 cases according to the methods of trachea cannula.The one-time success rate of trachea cannula,intubation time composition,blood pressure,heart rate and serum stress indexes at different time between two groups was compared respectively. Results The one-time success rate of observation group’s trachea cannula was higher than that of control group,the intubation time composition was better than that of control group,the blood pressure and heart rate at intubation and at one minute after the intubation was lower than that in control group respectively,serum stress indexes at one minute and three minutes after the intubation was lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application value of under fiberoptic na-sotracheal intubation is high,and it can effectively improve the success rate of trachea cannula and shorten the intuba-tion time,it also plays active clinical role in controlling the bad stress of body.关键词
