前臂背侧骨间动脉穿支逆行岛状皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的临床观察
Clinical observation of forearm posterior interosseous artery flap on re-pair of hand skin and soft tissue defect with reverse island
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of forearm posterior interosseous artery flap on repair of hand skin and soft tissue defect with reverse island. Methods 65 patients with hand skin and soft tissue defect in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 were selected as research objects.They were provided with skin flap repair.Among them,35 cases undergone forearm posterior interosseous artery flap with reverse island were classified into observation group,and the rest treated by random forearm flap were categorized into control group.The survival rate of skin flap,re-covery of hand function,occurrence of complications,and score of visual analogue scale (VAS) before and after surgery between two groups was compared respectively. Results The survival rate of skin flap and incidence of complications in observation group were 100.00% and 2.86%,while in control group,the rates were 86.67% and 20.00%,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Three and fifteen days after surgeries,scores of VAS were[7.38±0.45 and 8.11±0.57] and [4.52±0.23 and 6.65±0.34] between two groups,with statistical difference (P<0.05).In addition, there was no significant difference in excellent and good rate of recovery of hand functions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion At advantages of high survival rate of skin flap,alleviation of patient’s suffering,and few complications,forearm posterior interosseous artery flap repair with reverse island is considered as an effective means on treating hand skin and soft tissue defect.关键词
