微创经椎间孔腰椎体间融合术治疗腰椎管狭窄合并腰椎不稳症的临床效果
Clinical effect of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fu-sion operation treating lumbar spinal stenosis combined with instability of lumbar spine symptom

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion opera-tion treating lumbar spinal stenosis combined with instability of lumbar spine symptom. Methods 86 patients with lum-bar spinal stenosis and instability of lumbar spine symptom treated in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were selected and they were divided into observation group (n=43) and control group (n=43).In observation group, patients were treated with minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion operation,while in the control group,patients were treated with traditional posterior lumbar spinal fusion operation.The visual analogue scale (VAS) score and total effective rate after therapy between two groups was compared respectively. Results After therapy,VAS score in observation group was obviously lower than that of control group,and total effective rate in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar inter-body fusion operation treating lumbar spinal stenosis combined with instability of lumbar spine symptom can effectively improve disease condition of patients as well as cure rate,which is worthy of expansive promotion in clinic.关键词
