摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of postpartum rehabilitation instrument on the postoperative re-habilitation of cesarean section. Methods 200 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from 2014 January to 2014 De-cember were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group (n=103)and control group (n=97).The control group was given routine puerperal care,while the observation group was treated routine puerperal care combined with postpartum rehabilitation instrument.The pure breastfeeding rate,the milk increase time,the falling height of uterus and anal exhaust recovery time between two groups were compared. Results The pure breastfeeding rate after operation 1,2,3 days in observation group was higher than that of control group,the milk increase time and anal exhaust recovery time in the observation group were shorter than that of control group,the falling height of uterus in the observation group was higher than that of control group,there was a statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation instrument was used in cesarean section parturient,can shorten lactation time,accelerate the uterus instauration and change the anal exhaust,it is worthy of promotion in clinic.关键词
