Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of company full responsibility system combined with doula de-livery analgesia apparatus in labor analgesia. Methods 80 cases of natural childbirth puerpera delivered in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2014 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was implemented company full responsibility system,observation group was used doula delivery analgesia apparatus on the basis of control group.Childbirth progresses and birth outcomes were compared between two groups. Results Cervix spreading rate in observation group was faster than that of control group(P<0.05),the time of first stage and second stage in observation group was shorter than that of control group (P<0.05), neonatal asphyxia rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,postpartum milk supply rate in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Company full responsibility system used in labor analgesia has non-invasive and repeatable features,it can significantly alleviate puerperas’ labor analgesia,short labor time,improve labor efficiency.关键词
