Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of clomiphene combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 60 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome from February 2011 to February 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given metformin and clomiphene,the control group was given clomiphene.The level of serum estradiol,luteinizing hormone, testosterone in two groups was compared.The rate of pregnancy in two groups was observed. Results The level of serum estradiol in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).the num-ber of mature follicles in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of clomiphene combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is significant,which can improve the ovulation in the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome ovulation,and improve the pregnancy rate.关键词
