Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of dyslipidemia of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 86 patients with diabetes nephropathy and dyslipidemia from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group were given atorvastatin on the basis of the control group for 3 months.The level of urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterin (LDL-C),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and the curative effect before and after treatment in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation was 88.3%, which was higher than 65.1% of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of TC,LDL and UAER in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). There was no sig-nificant difference between the TG,hs-CRP in two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of atorvastatin in the treat-ment of dyslipidemia of diabetic nephropathy is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
