Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of captopril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 102 cases with chronic congestive heart failure in our hospital from June 2012 to 2013 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of random digits table,51 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was treat-ed with captopril combined with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,systolic blood pres-sure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),6min walk test,renal function,electrolyte before and after treat-ment and the incidence of adverse reaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.16%,which was higher than 72.55% of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of SPB,DBP,HR and 6 min walk test in the observation group after treatment was better than that before treatment and the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 7.84%,which was lower than 23.53% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of captopril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure is sig-nificant,which can reduce reduce the blood pressure and the incidence of adverse reaction,it is worthy of clinical pro-motion and application.关键词
