Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of delayed omphalotomy method of neonatal umbilical infection, umbilical cord stump off time and the oozing of blood. Methods 226 cases of newborns in our hospital were selected and ran-domly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 113 cases in each group, the observation group was given delayed umbilical method, the control group was given traditional umbilical method, neonatal umbilical cord stump wound dry,umbilical cord stump off time and complications of umbilical of two groups were compared. Results The neonatal stump wound good drying rate of the observation group was 100.0%, umbilical cord stump off time was (6.45+1.67) d, which were lower than those of the control group [89.4%,(10.13±2.66) d], there were significant differ-ences between the two groups (P<0.01);the umbilical infection, umbilical bleeding, cullen redness incidence rate of the observation group was 3.5%, 1.8%and 2.7%,respectively, which were lower than those of the control group (21.2%,15.9%, 9.7%),there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The delayed umbilical method can increase the umbilical cord stump exfoliated, and it can reduce the infection of umbilicus and the bleeding risk.关键词
