Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on preventing neonatal skin scratches and pipeline off. Methods 140 cases of newborn in our hospital were randomly divided into research group (hands wrapped with gauze,oxygen tube with butterfly wings-mounted,stomach tube with 3M transparent dressing fixation), and control group (do not pack hands,oxygen tube and stomach tube are fixed as conventional method),each were 70 cases.The skin scratch and pipeline off rate and nursing satisfaction rate were compared. Results The skin scratch was 0 case (0.0%), which was better than 5 cases (7.14%) of control group (P<0.05).The pipeline off rate of oxygen tube,stomach tube and indwelling needle was respectively 11.43%,5.71%,2.86%,which was lower than 37.14%,31.43%,10.0% of control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of research group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce neonatal skin scratch,reduce pipeline from falling out and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical widely used.关键词
