摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the level of perceived stress among family caregivers of Alzheimer disease(AD),and explore its relationship with coping style.Methods:75 family caregivers of AD patients were rolled, investigated with questionnaire including socio-demographic status,Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),Caregiver Burden Inventory(CBI),and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ). Results:The score of CPSS in family caregivers was higher than that in the national norms (t=9.380,P<0.001) .The proportion of caregivers with health risk stress( scores of CPSS≥26) was 54%.Univari-ate analysis showed that score of CPSS was higher in female caregiver compared with male caregiver( t=2.709,P<0.01),higher score of CPSS in spouse caregiver compared with children caregiver(d=7.2,P<0.001)or employed caregiver(d=9.3,P<0.001).The scores of CPSS had significantly correlations with age of caregiver(r=0.325,P<0.05),the period of nursing(r=0.288,P<0.05),the scores of CBI(r=0.475,P<0.001)and the score of positive coping style of SCSQ(r=-0.411,P<0.01).Ac-cording to stepwise regression analysis, the score of positive coping style of SCSQ(β=-9.537,P<0.01), gender(β=4.986,P<0.05)and the score of CBI(β=1.916,P<0.001)were significantly correlated with the score of CPSS.Conclusion:Family caregivers of AD patients perceive higher stress, which can be attenuated by the using of positive coping.关键词
