焦虑症患者明尼苏达多项人格测验因子分析

摘要
Abstract
Objec tive:By using( MMPI) to psychological assessment in patients with anxiety disorder, provide some basis for the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety disorders.Methods:MMPI factor analysis were based on 200 randomly selected patients with anxiety disorders,230 cases of normal people as con-trol group.Anxiety disorders were diagnosised based on CCMD-3.Results:Through the analysis of the factors of anxiety patients and normal person,the main factors which were associated with anxiety disorder were P,N,I,F,A and M.The number of patients with anxiety disorder whose T score were less than 40 were higher in P,N and F than that of the control group,and the number of those whose T score more than 60 in P,I,M,A,F was higher than that of control group the number of those whose T score was 40~60 in P, N,I,M,A,F was lower than that of control group.Conclusion:The MMPI factor analysis method has good construction validity for Chinese schizophrenia patients .And it can be used to show psychoticism, neuroticism,and social adaptation models in a standardized form,which facilitates the interpretation of the MMPI analysis results.关键词
