Abstract
Objective:To develop the questionnaire of the sense of belonging to company of the sol-diers in grass-roots troops and explore the structure of the sense of belonging to company of the soldiers in grass-roots troops.Methods:By annalyzing and sorting the literature and the answer to the questions in the open questionnaire,which included items.Results:Factor analysis indicated that the six factors ex-plained 61.513%of the variance with loading between 0.468~0.783.Split half reliability was 0.714~0.914.The internal reliability was 0.746~0.943.The relation among the factors was 0.378~0.731.The relation of factors and the total score was 0.657~0.852.The content validity of expert assessment was good.Conclusion:The questionnaire of the sense of belonging has satisfying validities and reliabilities and can be applied to test the sense of belonging to company of the soldiers in grass-roots troops.关键词
