Abstract
Based on the correlation among matrix elements,a new matrix,i.e.,symmetric local doubleα-diagonally dominant matrix was defined by the partition of the row indices.New criteria for the generalized strict diagonal dominant matrix were given on the basis of the properties of the new matrix.关键词
