摘要
Abstract
Fuzzy set FScom proposes that the negative relation in knowledge can be divided into three types:the contradictory negation, the opposite negation and the medium negation.In light of the problem that fuzzy set IFScom will introduce large error to handling multiple λ-medium negative,we improve the medium negation operator among them.The nature the improved new fuzzy set IFScom* possesses is conducive to solving practical issues.On this basis,we propose an IFScom*-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,by applying it in evaluating the grade of earthquake natural disaster,the results show that this method is reasonable and effective.关键词
