RESEARCH AND PRACTICE OF WEB SYSTEM PERFORMANCE TESTING

Abstract
With the growing development of Internet technology,the applications of Web system are increasingly popular,and the user groups it faced are also getting increasingly large.The complexity of the system and the uncertainty of users’operation put forward higher requirements on the performance of the system.To carry out performance test before the Web system is on-line released can find problems and provide quality assurance for the system.In this paper we introduce the principle,criteria and test scenario selection of performance test,and test an external website system of the company using SilkPerformer performance test tool.Experimental results show that the performance test can simulate and predict the pressures on the system in real environment,and expose the problems existed in the system,these are helpful to orientate and solve the problems.关键词
