130例重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者心电图变化转归分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristic of the prognosis of ECG changes in pa-tients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning ( AOPP) .Methods The ECG data of inpatients with severe AOPP were collected and the prognosis of ECG changes was observed based on review of relevant references .Results Among the 130 patients, there were 124 cases with abnormal ECG, accounting for 95.38%.Common ECG changes included a variety of arrhythmias such as si-nus tachycardia , premature beat , and conduction block , etc and the changes of ST-T segment and QT interval.With the improvement of AOPP , most of the ECGs can return to be normal .Conclusion Various ECG changes(for example, arrhythmia) can be resulted from severe AOPP, which is as-sociated with myocardial injury and ischemia .However , with the improvement of the disease , a ma-jority of ECG abnormalities can be back to normality gradually .关键词
