天津市城市社区护士继续教育培训现状分析与对策研究
Analysis on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Continuing Education and Training to Community Nurses in Tianjin
摘要
Abstract
Through the investigation and analysis of status of continuing education training community nurses in Tianjin. The discovery and summary of community nurses to some problems in the education and training, put forward according to the actual demand development training project, strengthen administrative management and discipline, performance evaluation, balanced and reasonable arrangement, resolve the contradictions between science, practical training project content, take the case as the center, lfexible and various teaching methods. To further improve the community nurses continuing education and training operation mechanism and management mode, improve the continuing education community nurses in Tianjin, to satisfy the needs of the development of community health services.关键词
