摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the rehabilitation efficacy of psychological nursing on the inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods To collect 84 inpatients that meted ICD-10 with schizophrenia, and they were divided into study group with 42 patients and control group with the same number by random. The study group was treated by normal nursing plus psychological nursing, while the control group was treated by normal nursing only, both groups were assessed by NOSIE before study and after 8-weeked study.Results Both groups had signiifcant difference statistically on the score of NOSIE, such as social capacity, social interest, irritability, depression and so on (P<0.05), so did the comparison between the two groups after 8-weeked study. ConclusionThe psychological nursing be propitious to promote the compliance of treatment and social recovery of patients with schizophrenia.关键词
