Abstract
The value orientation of British public research institutes reform practice is internal dynamic, of which is consisted of value choice of the government, value Leading of the scientific research worker, and value recognition of the sociogroup, although there are many factors of the advancing British public research institutions reform. While the value orientation of the main line, will produce an important driving force to promote the reform practice.关键词
