摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the influence of Kaempferol on sperm quality in mice model of infertility induced by BaP and its mechanisms. Methods 60 make viripotent ICR mice were randomly divided into three groups ( n =20, each group). The mice were lavaged with normal saline(0. 9%) in group A, group B was lavaged with BaP 2 mg/(kg·d), and with KA 200 mg/( kg·d) in group C. After 30 days, the mice were sacrificed and euthanized. The sperm density, motility rate, vitality, different dynamic parameters and the activity of cytochrome 450,GSH-PX and SOD in sperms were observed. Results The sperm density, motility rate, vitality, different dynamic parameters were better in group C than in group B( P<0. 05), part index number was worse than that of group A(P<0. 05);the activity of cytochrome P450 in the group C was su-perior to that of group A, but not to that of group B (P<0. 05);the activity of GSH-PX, SOD in the group C was lower than that of group A, higher than that of group B (P<0. 05). Conclusion Kaempferol can improved the sperm quality and fertil-ity in mice with infertility induced by BaP through antioxidation.
