Abstract
B ased on the cultivation goal of training the high-skilled personnel suitable for production, construction, m anagem ent and service, it carries out the guidance idea w ith com prehensive quality as the basis, application as the m ain line, and ability as the center. It develops the practical teaching reform from four aspects. T hey include building the scientific and com plete higher vocational education practical teaching system m atching w ith the professional talents training schem e, offering practical teaching links scientifically and arranging the practice teaching, optim izing the practical teaching condition and broadening the practical teaching channel, and strengthening the double type teaching staff construction.
