以就业为导向增强思想政治教育实效性探究

Abstract
In the face of the serious situation of the current employment, watching and promoting employment become the focus for higher vocational students' ideological and political education work. As the social competition is increasingly fierce, the demand for higher vocational student quality of the employers has changed, through the specific analysis of the role of the higher vocational ideological and political education work in guiding and promoting the employment, it puts forward the ideological and political education should promote the combination of "teaching" and "education" from the teaching, practice, scientific appraisal, brand activities, and the psychological education five aspects, to cope with the present situation of the difficult employment.关键词
