NADPH氧化酶NOX2和NOX3基因在胃癌组织中表达的探讨
Expression of NADPH Oxidase NOX2 and NOX3 mRNA in Human Gastric Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of NADPH oxidase NOX2 and NOX3 mRNA in human gastric cancer tissues. Methods Fifteen samples from radical resection of gastric cancer,15 samples from normal control group,and 20 biopsies from chronic gastritis patients were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology. NOX2 and NOX3 mRNAs were detected by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR ). Results The expression of NOX2 and NOX3 mRNAs were significantly increased in the gastric cancer compared to non-cancerous tissues and specimens of chronic gastritis. There was no significant difference in NOX2 mRNA expression between tumor-matched normal mucosa and tissue of chronic gastritis,and the expression of NOX3 mRNA was also very low. Conclusion NADPH oxidase of NOX2 and NOX3 may play an important role in the process of the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.关键词
