Abstract
Objective This paper aims to explore the correlation of OCT4,SOX2 and NANOg proteins and its relationship with clinical pathological features by detecting both the expressions of OCT4,SOX2 and NANOg proteins in gallbladder carcinoma. Methods From the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology,we selected 30 surgical specimens of resected and pathologic diagnosed gallbladder carcinoma as an experimental group and selected 30 cases of benign lesions of gallbladder in the same period as a control group(from Oct. 2011 to Feb. 2014). Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of OCT4,SOX2 and NANOg proteins separately in gallbladder carcinoma and normal tissue, to explore the relationship between OCT4,SOX2 and NANOg proteins and gallbladder carcinoma,to analyze the relationship between OCT4,SOX2,NANOg proteins and clinical pathological features of gallbladder carcinoma. Results The positive expressions of OCT4,SOX2 and NANOg proteins in gallbladder carcinoma are significantly higher than gallbladder benign lesions, the positive rate were that 83. 33% vs 23. 33% and 76. 67% vs 20% and 76. 67% vs 20%. There were statistically significant difference between the groups( P <0. 05 ). expression was positively correlated relationship between the OCT4,SOX2 and NANOg proteins(P<0. 05). Conclusion It is clear that positive expression of OCT4,SOX2 and NANOg proteins in gallbladder carcinoma is much higher than that in the control group of gallbladder benign lesions tissues, which shows that OCT4,SOX2 and NANOg proteins may play a certain role in the occurrence and development of gallbladder carcinoma.关键词
