血清浓度对小鼠骨髓干细胞生物特征的影响
Growth Characteristics of Murine Bone Marrow Stromal Cells under Different Cell Culture Densities in Vitro
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of different cell culture densities on growth of mice bone marrow stromal cell in vitro. Methods Bone marrow stromal cells were cultured in DMeM containing 10%,15% and 20% FBS respectively. The amplification of MSCs was determined. Results The cultured cells were proliferated well in DMeM containing 10% FBS. Spindle cells were observed when the adhered cells nearly to fuse to monolayer. The cytoplasm was magnifying,and the cells proliferation was lower. Conclusion The appropriate concentration of FBS is 10% for bone marrow stromal cell in vitro culture.关键词
