摘要

Abstract

To solve such problems as low teaching level,lack of norms in teaching administration and low standard of curriculum construction,Nanchang Institute of Technology constructed a long-term mechanism for teaching evalua-tion to ensure the improvement of teaching quality. A series of measures such as organization security,system securi-ty ,personnel security and financial security have been taken to ensure that the teaching evaluation work can be done in a normal way. The evaluation results are verified through revising some relevant documents concerning profession-al title appraisal,post employment,and provincial teaching projects application etc. In the past seven years,we con-ducted a series of evaluations like the young teachers’basic teaching capacity evaluation,teachers’teaching level evaluation,specialty construction evaluation,curriculum construction evaluation,and departments’running situation evaluation ,which lay the university a firm foundation in preparing and managing to pass the evaluation from Ministry of Education.
