Construction and practice of long-term mechanism for teaching evaluation in newly upgraded universities:a case study in Nanchang Institute of Technology
摘要
Abstract
To solve such problems as low teaching level,lack of norms in teaching administration and low standard of curriculum construction,Nanchang Institute of Technology constructed a long-term mechanism for teaching evalua-tion to ensure the improvement of teaching quality. A series of measures such as organization security,system securi-ty ,personnel security and financial security have been taken to ensure that the teaching evaluation work can be done in a normal way. The evaluation results are verified through revising some relevant documents concerning profession-al title appraisal,post employment,and provincial teaching projects application etc. In the past seven years,we con-ducted a series of evaluations like the young teachers’basic teaching capacity evaluation,teachers’teaching level evaluation,specialty construction evaluation,curriculum construction evaluation,and departments’running situation evaluation ,which lay the university a firm foundation in preparing and managing to pass the evaluation from Ministry of Education.关键词
