Abstract
By L16 (45) 1/2 implementation of quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination design, the different proportions of apple residues powder and bran asTrichodermaviride,Geotrichumcandidum,AspergillusnigerandAspergillus oryzaemade apple residue starter main carrier components and producing strains, through determination of spore number and resurrection in apple residue starter was fermented apple residue of CP and the content of NDF, optimizing the ratio of apple residue strains of yeast carrier components and ,for the study of apple leaven, realize effective use of apple residue microbial lay the foundation.关键词
