Abstract
“Four full coverage”project is a technical assistance project for the implementation of the Ningxia ecological immigration. In this paper, by constructing the evaluation index, and used to evaluate the four“full coverage”project implementation and effect factor analysis method, the analysis of problems in the process of project implementation, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, so that "the implementation effect of four full coverage" engineering more significant.关键词
