Abstract
In order to assess the operational capability of the combined army units effectively, the 39 kinds of operational ca-pability minimum data set are designed, and 11 kinds of special operational capabilities are abstracted such as the quick re-action, intelligence reconnaissance and command and control capability. Based on the acquired operational data matching the standard of the designed minimum data set, the special operational capability of the combined army units is assessed by SPA (Sets Pair Analysis) -AHP. Finally, a numeric example of artillery firepower strike capability is provided to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of this proposed assessment method.关键词
