摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce subjectivity which appears during establishing index weights and gray decision⁃matrix of tradi⁃tional gray synthesize relational degree, the improved gray synthesize relational degree is proposed in this paper. Combination weight is achieved by both objective information and subjective information based on combination weighting theory. Thus, preference of experts decision is considered and subjective of indexes can be reduced. Single judging value is replaced by judging interval which can increase reliability for final evaluation. At last, an example is given to test and analyze this meth⁃od. The result shows that improved gray synthesize relational degree is feasible for effectiveness evaluation. And it is more ef⁃fective than traditional gray synthesize relational degree.
