Abstract
For domestic and foreign patent literature databases, we proposed a comprehensive core patent value index ( CICP) identifica-tion method, which improves the core indicators and methods for identifying core patents;using AHP and expert scoring method, the wind energy industry's core patents CICP values were calculated, the effectiveness of the method verified.关键词
