摘要

Abstract

The popularity of 3G and intelligent terminal make instant communication software rapidly occupy the user market. Our study attempts to combine UTAUT model, perceived risk theory and media richness theory to a theoretical model, which analyzes the impacting factors of WeChat's user behavior from three aspects of acceptance, risk and content. Based on a questionnaire survey, we test the theoreti-cal model by using SPSS and AMOS software, discuss the model with the results of data analysis, and put forward the prospects for future research directions.
