锅炉二次风箱流量分配特性数值模拟
Numerical simulation on air flow distribution characteristics in boiler secondary-air-box
摘要
Abstract
Taking the secondary-air-box of a 600 MW unit boiler equipped with swirl burners as the example,numerical simulation was conducted to investigate the air distribution and flow char-acteristics among each burner inside the secondary-air-box.The results show that,the flow rates of side burners were lower than that of the middle one,but the deviation was j ust within 6%-8%. At the burner's outlet section,air velocity from the facing air side was 10m/s lower than that from the back air side.By adj usting the secondary air door's opening degree of the five burners,the combustion optimization scheme that can increase the side burner'air flow was obtained.The sim-ulation results agreed well with the field test results.关键词
