Abstract
In the resettlement of Danjiangkou Reservoir of South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Xichuan County of Henan Province, the land integration of 73 resettlement villages in 10 towns was investigated. The causes of un-integrated land was analyzed and in the light of the problems in planning and execution such as insufficient land, farming difficulties and unclear land ownership, this paper proposes opinions and suggestions such as further improving land integration planning, changing em-ployment ways, mitigating migrants' reliance on land and publishing land administration and utilization methods in reservoir water level fluctuation area to alleviate the people-land contradiction and ensure the stability of the resettlement community and the safe water quality of reservoir.关键词
